George County Nursery Association

Located in Southeast Mississippi, 30 miles west of Mobile, AL and 50 South of Hattiesburg, MS, GCNA began with twenty nurseries. membership is now more than 40 nurseries

George County lays claim to the largest number of nurseries in the state of Mississippi.  GCNA members' plant varieties range from bedding plants to woody ornamentals. 

The board of directors consists of a president, vice-president, secretary-treasurer and three directors. 

A major meeting is held in the spring and a field day in the fall to visit members' nurseries.
