is located on Earth Advocates Research Farm, a non-profit limited liability corporation in middle Tennessee and is also the home of several related Bamboo ventures.

At EARF there are over 250 species and forms of hardy Bamboos under performance trials in display gardens and groves.

'Our' Bamboo Nursery is a low volume, high quality wholesale nursery specializing in landscape-grade, stabilized B&B hardy Bamboos. All Bamboo is hand-dug to order. See our Terms and Conditions.

The illustrated journal, Temperate Bamboo Quarterly is published here and the Bamboo institute of Tennessee offers classes and short courses.

As an aspect of the research, we also operate a Bamboo import/quarantine station.

EARF maintains an extensive Bamboo library and can provide speakers able to address any aspect of Bamboo.

The facility welcomes visiting Bamboo researchers and has an intern program available. Visits are by appointment only.
